In the Mixed Development category, Tanglin Halt Courtyard was honoured with the prestigious Innovative Design Award. The project reimagines the heart of Tanglin Halt as a vibrant, community-oriented precinct, blending heritage with modern living through an integrated mix of housing, retail, and communal spaces.
