Located in the New Tengah district, the design of this development is inspired by the villages & kampongs of Tengah’s past. The design blends urban living with nature, greenery, and biodiversity. The architectural blueprint exhibits a massing of the residential blocks, featuring a tiered and terraced courtyard typology. This unique structure is not only sensitive to its surroundings but also enhances the scenic views from within the dwelling units, thereby creating an environment that is aesthetically pleasing and harmonious with nature. The design features several key elements, among which community farming stands out as a particularly significant aspect.
