Global talent solutions company, Hudson Global Resources, underwent a refurbishment to its existing office at McCallum Street recently. Major works were implemented at some parts of the office such as the reception and office area while interior updates gave a new leash of life to the rest of the space, sprucing up the entire office professionally.
The “gateway” is a metaphor for the track of success in one’s career and was chosen because of its relevance to Hudson’s scope of business, a global search firm that paths talented individuals to achieve success in the workplace.
In line with the theme, design elements, such as railway tracks that metaphor the paths potential candidates take to fulfil career aspirations, appear in stylised and abstract forms throughout the space from ceiling track lights to marble strained reception table. These tracks follow through to the general office and breakout areas as crimson tracks amid the taupe lined carpeting, denoting dynamic movement.
The corporate office with its light timber and white colour base is otherwise given a lifestyle boost, replete with lofty finishing from pendant lamps to verdant aisles. Red, blue, and yellow are colours of the global search firm; these are peppered across creatively to embody a vibrant and visionary culture.
