Project Update: IP Global

IP Global is a full-service property investment company that helps its clients acquire real estate from all over the world. The design and build of its 1,000 sq feet office comprising a general work area, meeting room, and pantry, is located at Tung Centre, Collyer Quay and is completed in 4 weeks.

Sleek lines streamlined the office from angular furniture finishes to partition boxes, cloaking the space with sharpness and professionalism. The office is painted in a core palette hue of white and grey and then peppered with shades of chartreuse for a vibrant spirit coursing through, exuding clean, minimalist vibes that say quiet confidence.

At the reception, chic seating in flaming crimson dress up the entrance cum holding area otherwise shaded in a transparent white, opening up the visual perspective of the office’s front. Unblocked views of the office interior peek from the entrance, giving staff workers a sense of movement and view of the hallway at the same time sharing a part of the action with IP Global’s guests and outsiders.
