Real estate investment management company, AEPim, recently moved into their new office at China Square Central. Comprising 980 square feet, the office’s design and construction was handled by Kyoob-id and completed in less than two months.
A cosy, warm environment is created with the colour palette of earthy and red hues as well as from materials such as timber and glass. At the entrance, the reception area is dressed in mocha wallpaper and rich oak timber, infusing a warm ambience right at the start. A large timber wall fixture cum cabinet situates at one wall whereas the meeting room bordered in glass stands opposite.
Snug red seating at the reception are provided for guests as well as staffs for a quick catch-up aside from work. On top of being utilised as a reception and pantry area, this space can be easily converted into a private discussion spot by pushing the sliding door, the entrance to the general office, shut.
Inside the general office, clean lines and colours dominate; vibrant abstract artwork adorn the walls throughout. Inside the director’s room, colours like dark timber and matte blue tones effuse a warm tone throughout whereas the laid-back sofa and sturdy wood furniture portray a laid-back confidence and charm.
