Greetings from the Kyoob-id team!
The eye for detail has to be one of the most important attributes of an interior designer; whether in terms of spatial planning or visual aesthetics. Putting thought to detailing in finishes and fixtures will enable a space to stand out in quality and finesse. For the design & build project for Fircroft, the global technical recruitment solutions company for the oil and gas sector, Kyoob-id utilised intricate details in the form of material texture such as hand-crafted travertine to produce a textured statement wall at the reception. It is often the little details that create character for a space. Do check out the article and pictures inside.
Recently, we’ve attended the launch of The Suntec City Guild House, a design consultancy project we were involved in. The Suntec City Guild House is one of NUSS graduate clubs that are open to the alumni of the National University of Singapore. The launch was officiated by Singapore’s Minister For Education Mr. Heng Swee Keat and we had the opportunity to network with distinguished guests from the industry.
To create more opportunities for our staff to engage in healthier body and mind activities like sports and physical games, we’ve signed up for the Workplace Health Promotion Grant by Health Promotion Board; there will be a lineup of exciting programmes that our staff can participate in; our focus is always on creating a healthy and safe workplace that encourages our staff to stretch the body and work the mind at the same time.
2014 is going to be an exciting one. There will be a series of exciting activities in store. Watch out this space for more information. Improving lives at the workplace is Kyoob-id’s mission, and we’ll carry on doing it with passion. We love to hear from you. Send us a note:
